Melissa Cooley
Melissa is a yoga wellness teacher, mentor, and artist with 25+ years of experience guiding movement, mindfulness, and creative expression. She holds a degree in Art, and her work blends visual storytelling with somatic practices to help others reconnect with their inner wisdom.
Trinity Cooley, age 23. She was the first born twin, which makes her 3 minutes older than her sister Iyla Rose. She currently loves to paint, sculpt with clay and take photographs.
Iyla Rose Cooley, age 23. She was the second-born twin. She was breech and 3 minutes younger than her sister, Trinity. She draws with graphite and charcoal and loves doing art projects with family and friends.
